We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Malaysia and work closely with the Singapore Finance Team remotely.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall Finance & Accounting activities for Malaysia
• Handle month-end & quarter-end closing, journal entries, accruals and adjustments
• Prepare accurate financial, management, statutory and regulatory reports
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/MFRS, SST, corporate tax, income tax & e-invoicing requirements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory returns
• Perform GL accounting, reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and company secretary
• Support finance-related projects and other ad hoc activities

🎯 Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 8+ years of broad accounting & finance experience
• ACCA qualification is preferred
• Experience with ERP/accounting software
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting and tax compliance
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a remote APAC Finance Team
