We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Accounting Executive to oversee finance and accounting operations for the Malaysia entity while supporting reporting activities for Singapore. 🌟 Key Responsibilities
Manage full-set accounting and daily finance operations
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance
Prepare financial reports and consolidation schedules for Japan headquarters
Liaise with auditors, banks, management, and business stakeholders across the region
✅ Requirements
Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, and accounting processes
Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2 level or above
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Japan and Malaysia

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping qualification equivalent to Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
Additional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs)
Familiarity with JGAAP reporting and group consolidation processes
