We are hiring experienced Vendor Account Managers (Ad Operations) to support global advertisers and drive advertising campaign performance across leading digital advertising platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, sales, or marketing who are passionate about campaign optimization, client management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on a daily and weekly basis.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, conversions, and other KPIs.
- Implement bid, budget, and targeting optimizations to improve performance.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations to maximize advertiser ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize advertising reporting tools to identify insights and opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track campaign metrics and map advertising performance to revenue outcomes.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to advertisers and stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with global advertiser accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Ad Success, Vendor/Seller, and Product teams.
- Resolve campaign issues and escalate technical blockers when necessary.
- Maintain high partner satisfaction through proactive communication.
Revenue & Opportunity Management
- Identify opportunities to grow advertising spend within existing accounts.
- Maintain and manage sales opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
- Support budget attainment and account growth objectives.
Process Excellence
- Follow campaign management, optimization, and reporting SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates.
- Participate in quality audits, training programs, and certification activities.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvements and best-practice documentation.
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA/Postgraduate qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Advertising, E-commerce, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience managing global clients and performance-driven accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts, campaign optimization, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
