We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master to join FWD Group Management Holdings Limited on a permanent basis.
📍 Location: Malaysia
💼 Employment: Permanent (Open to Malaysians only)

🔑 Key Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of total IT experience
• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience, including 2+ years in a senior role
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams, Agile transformations and complex projects
• Professional project management certification such as PMP / PRINCE2
• Agile certification such as A-CSM, PSM II, SAFe, Scrum Master or equivalent
• Strong experience with Jira, Jira Plan and Jira Dashboards
• Experience with Power BI or AI tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and senior management engagement skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with distributed / cross-functional teams
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver the TIM Project within agreed timelines and business objectives
• Lead and coordinate multiple Agile/Scrum teams and workstreams
• Facilitate Scrum practices and coach teams on Agile methodologies
• Drive technical teams to deliver planned business value
• Manage project planning, resources, scheduling, budget, risks and change control
• Track project health, iteration throughput, delivery and overall team performance
• Manage stakeholders across Business, IT, Operations, vendors and senior management
• Identify project risks and drive appropriate mitigation strategies
• Prepare project status reports, performance updates and completion documentation
• Lead troubled projects/teams and drive them towards successful delivery
