📍 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Batu Lanchang, Penang
🚗 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Mobile role involving travel to various sites

🔹 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Lead and manage the Supervisors and Maintenance team.
• Oversee workers’ attendance, discipline, and welfare.
• Manage worker hostels, maintenance, and compliance with Akta 446.
• Coordinate worker transportation, onboarding, and training.
• Handle workers’ complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain high customer service standards and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to meet customer expectations.

🔹 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to various work sites as required.
