📍 Kuala Lumpur
We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Trainer to support the development of our Beauty Advisors across different retail stores.
What You’ll Do:
💄 Deliver and replicate established training modules for new and existing Beauty Advisors
💄 Conduct product knowledge and sales technique training
💄 Travel between stores to provide in-store coaching and monitor performance
💄 Ensure product displays meet the required merchandising standards
💄 Support training sessions, roadshows, and other brand activities
Experience in beauty retail, sales, or training will be an advantage. If you enjoy coaching people, are confident in presenting, and are willing to travel between stores, we’d love to hear from you!
