💼 Role: Assistant Workforce Management Expert – RTA

What you’ll be doing:
📅 Manage workforce schedules; Manage the call volume, daily attendance and program breaB schedules
📊 Monitor resource coverage; schedule adherence
🔄 Manage real-time scheduling changes, use trends and reports to forecast requirements
📈 Analyse operational data; forecasting
⏱️ Monitor Aux codes amp; staffing requirements
🤝 Work closely with Operations; WFM analysts, vendor
⚡ Provide up-to-date real-time operational insights
