Position: Associate Claims
Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,800 to RM3,200 (Based on work experience)
Malaysian Citizens Only 🇲🇾

🔑 Requirements
• University Degree in any discipline. Other professional qualification would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Good written and verbal communication.

🗝️ Key Responsibilities
• Support claims investigation tasks.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up with clinic/doctor/hospital to obtain details of the policyholder's medical history and records, duly completed questionnaires and etc.
• Prepare and send relevant questionnaire to acquire information/statement from claimants and medical practitioner.
• Proper documentation of investigation evidence.
