BMS ENGINEER

🚨 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗕𝗠𝗦 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗥 🚨
📍 Location: Sedenak, Johor
💰 Salary Package: Up to RM8,000
We are looking for a BMS Engineer to serve as a key technical point of contact for Building Management Systems (BMS) and related facility management systems in a mission-critical environment.
🔧 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:
• Review BMS, EPMS, FMCS, DCIM and related system designs and technical documentation
• Provide technical clarifications and recommendations for system design, installation, integration, testing and commissioning
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders
• Support system implementation, integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and support the resolution of technical issues
• Coordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control, fire protection and security systems
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, system documentation and operating procedures
• Utilise Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools for system monitoring and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, operational and technical standards
🎓 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
✅ Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Building Services or a related discipline
✅ 3–5 years of relevant experience in BMS, EPMS, FMCS, DCIM or related facility management systems
✅ Experience in data centres or other mission-critical facilities
✅ Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control, fire protection and security systems
✅ Familiarity with SCADA, BMS/EPMS, CMMS/DCIM, ERP, Power BI, Excel and Word
✅ Strong technical review, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
