We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia. In this high-volume sales and client acquisition role, you will be the driving force behind turning warm leads into active, funded trading accounts.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries and make a high volume of outbound calls each day to warm leads and prospective clients.
- Onboarding Support: Expertly guide prospects through the account opening, KYC verification, and first-time deposit journey.
- Product Advocacy: Clearly explain MultiBank Group’s world-class products, account types, and platforms (MT4 & MT5).
- Pipeline Management: Re-engage unconverted and dormant leads while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across calls, activations, and funding.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:
- Skills: A confident, persuasive phone manner with strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Drive: High resilience and a genuine motivation to hit targets and maximize earnings through commissions.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
- Location: Must be eligible to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

✨ Preferred (But Not Required):
- Sales experience within FX/CFD brokers, banking, insurance, telesales, or high-volume customer-acquisition environments.
- A proven track record of hitting sales, conversion, or first-time-deposit targets.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 or basic trading concepts.
