We're hiring Business Development Specialists to build agency and host networks, support partners and drive activation, engagement and retention.
📍 Kuala Lumpur — Fully On-site
💰 MYR 3,500–7,000/month
👥 2 Headcounts
⏰ 9:30 AM–6:30 PM OR 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
🤝 Recruit & onboard new agencies and hosts through multiple channels and platforms
💬 Understand agency needs and provide daily operational support
🛠️ Handle enquiries and recommend operational strategies based on agency situations
📊 Analyse weekly & monthly agency performance
📈 Drive:
ACTIVATION → ENGAGEMENT → RETENTION
🔎 Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
🌏 Collect market feedback and insights from agencies
🔗 Act as the communication bridge between agencies and the platform
🎯 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
✔ 1+ year relevant experience preferred
✔ Experience in:
Live Streaming • Voice Chat • Social Entertainment

✔ Good command of MS Office
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Presentable, flexible and adaptable
✔ Fast learner with genuine interest in the social entertainment industry
🗣️ LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
English is required.
