🔹 Role Overview
A high-growth multinational enterprise with strong operations across Malaysia and Germany is seeking a Chief Business Officer to lead its global commercial strategy and revenue acceleration agenda. This role is instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships across Asia and Europe.
Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, the CBO will be responsible for aligning sales, business development, and strategic initiatives to achieve sustained revenue growth and long-term market leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute global business and commercial growth strategies
• Lead revenue generation functions including sales, partnerships, and business development
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across Malaysia and Germany
• Drive strategic alliances, joint ventures, and key client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align growth initiatives
• Oversee pricing strategies, commercial models, and revenue optimization
• Support M&A activities and expansion into new markets

• Proven C-suite or senior executive experience in business development or commercial leadership
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth in multinational environments

💼 Monthly Salary:
USD 90,000 – 160,000 + executive incentives + global benefits
