We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🇲🇾

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Administrator – Support Cloud Network to join a dynamic BFSI environment and support business-critical cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure ☁️🔐

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
💼 Experience: 3+ years
🏦 Domain: BFSI
📄 Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract with Accord Innovations
🌍 Eligibility: Open to all nationalities currently in Malaysia or willing to relocate

🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage and support cloud networking services across AWS and Azure environments
✅ Configure and maintain VPCs, VNets, subnets, routing, VPNs, and network gateways
✅ Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization
✅ Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, routing, DNS, and firewall-related issues
✅ Implement and maintain cloud network security controls and policies
✅ Support cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and disaster recovery initiatives
✅ Manage load balancers, network firewalls, and cloud-to-on-premises connectivity
✅ Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with SLA requirements
✅ Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
✅ Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application teams

🎯 Minimum Requirements
🔹 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cloud-related services
🔹 Strong experience supporting cloud networking environments
🔹 AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty certification is required
🔹 Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, VPCs, VNets, VPNs, routing, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing
🔹 Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
