✅ Follow up outstanding payments
✅ Negotiate payment arrangements
✅ Maintain accurate collection records
✅ Meet KPIs and reporting requirements

Requirements
✔ Native Japanese speaker
✔ Diploma or Degree
✔ 6–12 months customer service experience
✔ Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
✔ Strong negotiation skills
✔ Collections/BPO experience is an advantage
