Our growing network spans Malaysia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Georgia, and beyond.
About the Role
As our Community Manager in Malaysia, you will be the key point of contact for heritage home and business owners, helping them showcase their properties and experiences on Our Heritage Homes platform. You’ll build relationships, provide guidance, and support members in listing their properties and experiences while promoting the platform within the travel and cultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Build and manage a network of heritage homeowners and business owners across Malaysia
✔ Assist members in listing their properties or experiences on our platform
✔ Coordinate bookings
✔ Engage with organisations to expand partnerships
✔ Contribute to marketing, content creation, and PR efforts to help drive visibility for our platform
What We’re Looking For:
✅ English (C1 level)
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, real estate, hospitality, or tourism
✅ Strong interest in heritage, architecture, and cultural preservation
✅ Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills
✅ Experience with CRM systems, social media, or digital tools is a plus
