We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Executive to join our growing team.
If you are someone who is good with people, strong in communication, organised with documentation, and comfortable dealing with government agencies, we would like to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Government & regulatory engagement — MITI, MOT, ST, PBT and other relevant agencies
• Coordinate meetings, submissions, approvals, permits and follow-ups
• Prepare corporate letters, briefing papers, proposals and management presentations
• Manage stakeholder communications and corporate affairs activities
• Support PR, events, corporate communications and strategic partnerships
• Assist management in government and industry engagements
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–7 years’ experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, PR, Business Development or related fields
✅ Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
✅ Good understanding of Malaysian government agencies and regulatory processes
✅ Strong writing, coordination and follow-up skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
✅ AI skills / practical use of AI tools is a strong advantage — especially for research, documentation, presentations, reports and productivity
✅ Proactive, organised and able to work independently
✅ Experience in EV, energy, automotive, technology or infrastructure is an advantage
