We are currently looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our growing team supporting the Singapore market. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and English and have experience in customer service, contact center, or BPO environments.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and distributor inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
- Provide accurate and professional customer support
- Maintain and update records in CRM systems
- Resolve issues and ensure proper follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams for case resolution
- Deliver excellent customer experience with empathy and professionalism

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
- B2 level English proficiency required
- Experience in BPO / contact center / insurance support is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
