Requirements:
• Native Chinese speaker with good English communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers can apply!
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
