We're looking for a Customer Service Sales Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with B2B partners and clients, strengthen business relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to overall partner success.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and clients
✔ Support partner onboarding and ongoing account management
✔ Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and drive business growth
✔ Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations
✔ Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
✔ Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry events

Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales
✅ Experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships is an added advantage
✅ Fluent in both English and Malay
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-oriented with strong relationship management abilities
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
