We're looking for talented Japanese-speaking professionals to join our client's team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Position: Customer Support Executive – Collections Process
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Japanese.
Support customers regarding payment reminders and account-related inquiries.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication while resolving customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required.

Requirements:
✅ JLPT N2 or above (mandatory)
✅ Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
✅ Customer service or collections experience is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome to apply, if applicable)
✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
✅ Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Malaysia
✅ Willing to work Rotational shift
