🚨 Hiring: Datacenter Engineers – Johor Bahru, Malaysia 🇲🇾

We're looking for experienced Datacenter Engineers to join a new Datacenter Build & Installation Project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

📍 Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia
📅 Project Start: End of July / First Week of August (TBD)
⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months
👥 Open Positions: 5 Engineers

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of Datacenter experience
- Hands-on experience in datacenter installation and structured cabling projects
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices

🛠 Scope of Work

1️⃣ Site Survey & Planning

- Site survey and design validation
- Verify rack layouts, cable pathways, and routing
- Review client standards and finalize cable plans

2️⃣ Copper Cabling

- Installation of Cat6A, Cat7 & Cat8 cabling
- Cable routing, termination & cable management
- Fluke-certified testing and cable labeling

3️⃣ Fibre Optic Cabling

- Installation of OS2, OM4 & OM5 fibre cabling
- MPO/MTP trunk deployment and fusion splicing
- OTDR, LSPM testing, polarity verification & documentation

4️⃣ Rack & Cabinet Installation

- Install patch panels, ODFs, cable managers & accessories
- Rack dressing, structured patching, grounding & bonding
