💻 *Desktop Support:* Provide operational support for desktop workstations, OS configurations, and peripheral setup.
👥 *End User Support:* Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly technical assistance to local staff.
⚙️ *Hardware & Software Support:* Diagnose, install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware systems and software applications.
🔧 *On-site Assistance:* Perform hands-on, on-location technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
