ProIntegrate Malaysia is conducting an executive search for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a prominent aviation MRO organization in Malaysia.

This is a rare opportunity for a transformational leader with deep aviation expertise to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term business success within a highly regulated industry.

What we’re looking for:
• Malaysian citizen
• Bachelor’s degree required (Aeronautical or Engineering background preferred; Master’s is an advantage)
• 20–30 years of extensive experience across the aviation ecosystem, particularly in infrastructure development and operations, both in Malaysia and internationally
• Proven expertise in leading complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives within the aviation and aerospace sectors
• Strong executive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility
• Background in MRO, airline engineering, aerospace services, or airport infrastructure is highly preferred
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License is an added advantage
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, regulatory engagement, business growth, and organizational transformation

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the organization’s strategic vision and long-term growth plans.
• Lead commercial, operational, financial, technical, and regulatory functions.
• Strengthen market position and deliver sustainable profitability.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with regulators, OEMs, airline partners, and key stakeholders.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing executive leadership team while fostering a culture of safety, governance, innovation, and operational excellence.
