We're partnering with a leading organization to hire a Finance Specialist – General Ledger & Reporting to support Record-to-Report (RTR) operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely
🔹 Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
🔹 Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
🔹 Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
🔹 Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders and finance teams across the region
🔹 Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives
🔹 Participate in finance transformation and system enhancement projects

Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in General Ledger, RTR, Reconciliation, AP, AR, or Full Set Accounts
✔ Experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment is an added advantage
✔ Knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle experience is preferred
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
