Requirements:
✅ Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance, and 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
✅ Proven hands-on experience in handling KKM inspections and regulatory matters is mandatory.
✅ Strong practical knowledge of HACCP and Malaysian food safety regulations.
