Foreign Worker Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate foreign workers at project sites.

Assign daily work and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.

Monitor work quality and ensure projects meet company standards.

Ensure workers follow safety regulations and wear the required PPE.

Record daily attendance and manpower allocation.

Coordinate with the project manager or site supervisor on work progress.

Resolve workers' concerns and maintain discipline at the worksite.

Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and materials.

Arrange transportation and accommodation for workers when required.

Assist with work permit, passport, medical check-ups, and other documentation in coordination with HR.

Prepare daily or weekly site progress and manpower reports.

Ensure the worksite is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
