WE'RE HIRING | Ground Service Agent – Local Mandarin Speaker 🇨🇳

📍 Location: KLIA, Kuala Lumpur
💰 Salary: Up to RM3,500 (depending on experience)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
🗣️ Language: Fluent Chinese – speaking, reading & writing

✈️ What You'll Do
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, transfers and arrival services
• Handle passenger enquiries, baggage enquiries and compensation matters
• Provide high-quality customer service and promote airline add-on services
• Support passengers and crew during flight disruptions or irregular operations

🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Diploma/College Degree or above – any field
✔ Fluent in Chinese (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
✔ Good communication, coordination and organizational skills
✔ Aviation / airport ground service experience is an advantage
✔ No airport experience? No worries – structured training will be provided!
✔ Fresh graduates with strong Chinese language skills are also welcome
