💰 Salary: USD 5,000–7,000 per month

A fast-growing Forex & Fintech company is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development – East Asia to drive regional growth, manage strategic partnerships and lead high-performing Business Development teams across the Chinese market.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive IB performance, revenue, trading volume and market growth across China
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Chinese market
• Lead, coach and mentor Business Development Managers
• Set and monitor departmental KPIs and performance targets
• Identify and secure new strategic partnerships
• Grow and strengthen existing IB/partner relationships
• Analyse partner performance, market trends and business metrics
• Work closely with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product and Compliance teams
• Use data-driven insights to optimise performance and increase market share

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or related field
• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Minimum 5 years of Business Development & IB management experience
• 2–3+ years in a BD leadership/management position
• Direct Forex Broker/FX industry experience is a MUST
• Strong understanding of Forex, crypto or financial markets
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing BD teams
• Strong partnership development and negotiation skills
• Advanced MS Office/Excel skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management abilities
