HR Consultant

We're Hiring | HR Consultant (Junior Level) | Kuala Lumpur

Do you enjoy working closely with managers and employees, providing practical HR advice, and helping the business solve people-related challenges?

Allseas Marine Contractors Malaysia (AMM) is looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join our HR team in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is ideal for someone with 4 to 8 years of HR experience, particularly in an HR Business Partner (HRBP), HR Generalist, or HR Advisory capacity, who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and international environment.

What you'll be doing;
✔ Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
✔ Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and employment practices
✔ Support recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and employee lifecycle activities
✔ Assist with workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
✔ Coordinate annual performance and salary review processes
✔ Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour legislation and company policies
✔ Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement initiatives
✔ Work closely with stakeholders to deliver practical and business-focused HR solutions

What we're looking for
✅ Malaysian citizen
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
✅ 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
✅ Experience in an HRBP/ HR Generalist.
✅ Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices.
✅ Experience supporting managers and employees across various HR topics.
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Comfortable working in a hands-on role and managing multiple priorities.
✅ Experience in engineering, construction, offshore, maritime, oil & gas, industrial, or multinational environments will be an advantage.
