HR Executive

We're seeking an HR Executive (Foreign Worker & Expatriate Management) with hands-on experience in:

✅ Foreign worker administration
✅ Passport control & safekeeping
✅ Employment Pass, Work Permit & Visa renewal
✅ Liaising with the Malaysian Immigration Department and relevant authorities
✅ Ensuring compliance with immigration regulations
✅ Managing expatriate documentation and employee records

Requirements:
✔️ Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ 2–3 years of relevant experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration processes
✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills
✔️Proficient in Service Now/ Workday/ Sharepoint
