Our client is looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations for their growing team in Mount Austin!

💰 Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500
📍 Location: Mount Austin, Johor Bahru (On-site)

Job Description (JD)
-Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer letters
-Coordinate complete employee onboarding and offboarding or resignation processes
-Track daily attendance, lateness, leave applications, and medical certificates
-Prepare and verify monthly payroll data for processing
-Handle statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
-Manage disciplinary issues by issuing counseling records, reminder letters, and warning letters
-Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality
-Assist in administering, tracking, and following up on KPI performance appraisals
-Support the implementation of company SOPs and maintain staff training records
-Maintain and update organized employee files, HR records, and documentation
-Prepare monthly HR reports for management review
-Support general administrative duties as required

Job Requirements (JR)
-Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in generalist HR or HR administration
-Comfortable working within a non-halal food industry environment
-Experience in SMEs, warehouse, logistics, food trading, or operations-focused environments is an added advantage
-Basic to sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
-HR-related qualification preferred, or relevant experience with strong independent working capabilities
-Strong communication, coordination, and administrative follow-up skills
-Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently without constant supervision
-Professional approach to handling sensitive employee matters with full confidentiality
