✨ Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation
• Support payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and HR policies
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
• Coordinate training, staff engagement, and HR initiatives
• Assist management in developing and implementing HR strategies

✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience is required
• Well-versed in Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
