Gunnebo Malaysia SDN BHD is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Role: HR Generalist

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Contract
Reporting To: Country Director, Malaysia. With a dotted line reporting to the Head HR - Asia

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the business to coordinate and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, training & development, employee engagement, HR reporting, and support for Gunnebo's local and global HR initiatives. 


What We're Looking For:

- 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC environment

-  Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance

-  Good stakeholder management and communication skills
