📢 WE’RE HIRING: INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE

Looking for an opportunity in banking customer service? We’re looking for customer-focused individuals to join our inbound customer services team!

📍 Location: The Intermark, Jalan Tun Razak
💰 Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (depending on experience & performance)
📈 Quarterly KPI Incentive + Annual Performance Bonus

📞 What You’ll Do
• Handle incoming customer calls and assist with enquiries, requests, and account-related matters.
• Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide suitable solutions or escalate when required.
• Assist customers with information about banking products and services.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow up to ensure effective resolution.
• Accurately update customer information and interactions in the system.
• Identify suitable opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow contact centre procedures.
