📍 Location: Malaysia (On-site)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
🌙 Shift: Permanent Night Shift, 8 PM – 5 AM MYT
📅 Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Off
📞 Support: Voice & Email (US Insurance)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage.
Provide professional support via inbound/outbound calls and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and performance KPIs.

Requirements:
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
🎓 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
