Internship for Account & Finance Student

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system (e.g. invoices, expenses, payments)

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded under the correct categories

• Maintain and update client and supplier profiles with complete and accurate information

• Ensure proper organization and filing of financial records for reporting and audit purposes

• Verify and cross-check all entries to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Support the Finance team in maintaining up-to-date financial reports

• Follow internal processes and ensure data is properly structured within the system

• Assist in ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Intern Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data

• Responsible, organized, and able to follow structured processes

• Willing to learn and work with accounting systems

• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an added advantage

• Exposure to e-Invoice and/or Zoho Books will be an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
