💼 Position: Customer Support
🗣️ Language: Korean (Read & Write)
🕒 Shift: Rotational (8 working hours + 1-hour meal break)
📅 Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational off days)

✅ Requirements:
• Excellent Korean & English communication skills
• Customer service experience (Hotel/Travel/Internet industry preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working rotational shifts

💡 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Manage reservation modifications and cancellations
• Coordinate with hotels and guests for special requests
• Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service
