🔥 Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of detailed Electrical BIM models up to LOD 400/500.
Coordinate BIM models seamlessly across Electrical, MEP, Structural, and Architectural disciplines.
Drive advanced clash detection and clash resolution using Navisworks Manage.
Ensure strict compliance with BEP, project quality standards, and client deliverables.
Oversee the generation of shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models.
Guide, mentor, and lead a squad of junior BIM Modellers while aligning with site and project managers.
Ensure on-time delivery of all high-precision BIM outputs.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
12+ years of hands-on BIM modelling experience, with solid leadership and team-coordination expertise.
Power user of Autodesk Revit (Electrical), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
Deep technical understanding of LV/MV, Lighting, ELV, Small Power, and containment networks.
Proven track record in Data Centres, large commercial, or complex industrial infrastructure (MEP BIM backgrounds from non-O&G sectors are welcome!).
Knowledge of ISO 19650 is a major advantage.
Sharp coordination, high energy, and proactive communication skills.
