Experience: 8+ Years Software Engineering

5+ Years in designing & building scalable systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning and executing multi-step workflows

• Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases and enterprise software

• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures

• Optimize AI agent performance and reliability

• Build evaluation and testing frameworks for AI agents

• Establish appropriate guardrails for safe AI automation

• Design scalable backend platforms and microservices

• Drive technical architecture and engineering standards

• Lead engineering teams and make key technical decisions

• Deconstruct complex business problems into practical AI-driven solutions
