🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Product Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite)
📄 Contract: 1 Year (Renewable)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager – IAM to drive the execution of product strategy for highly complex, enterprise-wide security initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and strategic enterprise data platforms, working closely with cross-functional business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of product strategy for enterprise IAM and security platforms.
Define and manage product roadmap, priorities, and backlog.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
Drive delivery of secure, scalable, and high-impact platform capabilities.
Translate business needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
Ensure alignment with enterprise security and digital transformation objectives.
Requirements:
✔ 8+ years of Product Management experience
✔ Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms and enterprise security
✔ Proven track record managing complex platform products from strategy through execution
✔ Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
