📍 Location: Gelang Patah, Johor | On-site

💼 Experience: 3+ years PQE

We’re looking for a Legal & Compliance Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance, strengthen compliance frameworks, and support commercial operations at our Gelang Patah Logistics Hub.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead legal, regulatory & compliance risk management across logistics operations
• Draft, review & negotiate commercial, procurement and supply chain contracts
• Drive compliance with customs, trade and regulatory requirements
• Lead PDPA & data privacy compliance initiatives
• Oversee corporate governance & statutory secretarial matters
• Improve legal operations through technology-driven contract management
• Deliver legal & compliance training to operational stakeholders

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ LL.B. degree and admitted to practice in Malaysia
✔️ 3+ years PQE in private practice or in-house
✔️ Exposure to retail, supply chain, logistics or commercial operations is advantageous
✔️ Strong commercial contracts & regulatory knowledge
✔️ Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
✔️ Comfortable working fully on-site in Gelang Patah, Johor
✔️ Analytical, commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
