Job Description

We are looking for Account Manager to drive growth, manage strategic partners, and unlock new revenue streams. This role, you won't just maintain relationship - you will also actively hunt, design, and scale B2B2C commercial partnerships focusing on embedded insurance leveraging on innovative business model and digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

How you will create an impact:

Business Development & Pipeline Growth


  • Identify & Source: Prospect and secure strategic partnership within digital ecosystem, e-commerce giants, fintechs, gig economy platforms, Insurtech and etc.
  • Deal Structuring: Lead commercial negotiations, pitch tailored value proposition and design win-win business models that drive high volume insurance adoption
  • Go-to-Market: Collaborate with partners to design and execute launch strategies, ensuring strong initial user adoption and sustained marketing momentum.

Strategic Account Management


  • Portfolio Growth: Own, nurture, and scale a high-value portfolio and identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and expanding product lines.
  • Partner Advocacy: Act as primary internal advocate for the account, aligning their business goal with internal product and direction
  • Performance Optimization: Track and analyze key performance of partners (GPW, conversion rates, active users and etc.).

Embedded Product Strategy


  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trend in Insurtech, alternative distribution models, and regulatory updates to continuously innovate the embedded insurance offerings.
  • Business Model Driven Solutions : Work closely with Product and Tech team to translate partner requirement into a business distribution model that fits the partner's customer journey and base

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Experience & Background


  • 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management or Business Development within Insurtech, Fintech, Digital Insurance or SaaS sector
  • Deep understanding of embedded finance/insurance concepts and B2B2C
  • Strong experience negotiating commercial contract and managing complex sales cycle
  • Ability to deeply understand a partner's business model and craft an insurance solution that add value to their customers.
