🚨 WE’RE HIRING – MANDARIN CUSTOMER SERVICE
📍 Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
💼 Position: Customer Service
🗣️ Language: Mandarin
⏰ Shift: Rotational | 8 working hours + 1-hour meal break
📅 Work Schedule: 5 working days + 2 off days
💰 Salary: Up to RM4,500 Basic + RM300 KPI

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries via calls, chat & email
• Resolve customer issues, complaints & booking requests
• Coordinate with external vendors/service operators
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer support
