🚨 HIRING: Marketing Coordinator🚨

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our client.

📍 Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
💼 Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
💰 Salary: Up to RM4,500/month
🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid
🕘 Working Days: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and raise Purchase Orders (POs)
• Support inventory management activities
• Manage marketing collateral, promotional materials and giveaways
• Monitor stock levels and availability of marketing materials
• Coordinate inventory for customer sample distributions
• Support SKU creation and maintenance
• Provide administrative and operational support to the regional marketing team
• Follow up on regional operational and administrative matter

🔹 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Support, Marketing Operations, Junior Marketing, Administration or related roles
• Experience in backend marketing processes, administrative coordination or inventory management is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• Fluent English communication skills is mandatory
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Candidates with up to 1 month notice period may also be considered
