Marketing Manager

Position Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the Mexico market marketing for a Korean cosmetics (K-Beauty) brand. The core of this role is managing local Mexican creators and KOLs, building brand communities, and executing branding strategies tailored to Spanish-speaking consumers. This is not just an operations role — it's about understanding local culture and trends to establish a K-Beauty brand in the Mexican market.
Native-level Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Creator & KOL Management (Core)
• Identify, onboard, and manage local Mexican influencers and KOLs
• Build a network of beauty and cosmetics creators and cultivate long-term partnerships
• Plan and manage brand collaboration campaigns

Brand Community Building
• Plan and run K-Beauty brand communities for Spanish-speaking consumers
• Grow fandom and loyalty across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Manage and activate community engagement through comments, DMs, and direct interaction

Branding & Content
• Develop and execute Spanish-language social content strategies for the Mexican market
• Localise brand messaging, promotions, and creatives
• Monitor Mexican beauty market trends, competitor activity, and consumer sentiment

Campaign Execution
• Plan and run paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) optimised for MX audiences
• Analyse campaign performance and provide regular insight-based reporting

E-Commerce Coordination (Supporting)
• Support coordination between marketing and store operations, based on a working understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop

Qualifications
• Spanish proficiency (written & spoken) — required
• Experience in or strong interest in social media marketing and content creation
• Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads Manager preferred
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience marketing to Latin American / Mexican consumers
• Knowledge of the Mexican influencer landscape or experience in influencer management
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or K-Beauty marketing
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio welcome to apply

Work Details
• Work Location: In person, Sunway Velocity.
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
• Salary: ~ 4,000.00 MYR (negotiable)
