🚀 We're Hiring: MY ShopTab Operations

📍 Location: Sunway V2 Tower, Kuala Lumpur (Fully On-Site)
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📄 Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

What You'll Do
✅ Manage daily operational workflows, including resource booking, approvals, tracking, and coordination with stakeholders
✅ Support campaign and banner setup by reviewing creatives, keywords, landing pages, and implementation timelines
✅ Configure and maintain operational setups within internal systems and tools
✅ Monitor dashboards and trackers, identify issues, and escalate them promptly
✅ Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business decisions
✅ Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities
✅ Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency
✅ Partner with local and regional stakeholders to support new initiatives and ensure operational readiness

What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's Degree
✔ Strong written English communication skills
✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Experience with:
Excel / Google Sheets
Dashboards and reporting tools
Data analysis and performance monitoring
Workflow management and stakeholder coordination
✔ Exposure to automation tools, AI solutions, or process improvement projects is an advantage
✔ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
