Network Support Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring: Network Support Engineer (L3) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🇲🇾
We are looking for an experienced Network Support Engineer (L3) to join our client's team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite)
🕘 Working Hours: Normal Working Hours
👤 Eligibility: Local Malaysians Only

Key Requirements:
✅ 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Network Support, with at least 2 years in an L3 support role
✅ Strong experience with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure
✅ Good knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP
✅ Experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR series
✅ Exposure to Cisco Wireless (WLC/AP) and basic firewall concepts (ASA/Firepower) is an advantage
✅ Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or PRTG
✅ Understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management
✅ Willing to work full-time onsite in Penang
