We’re Hiring: Operations Floor Manager

📍 Shah Alam, Malaysia | Manufacturing Facility

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations / Floor Manager to lead our daily production floor and keep operations running smoothly, efficiently and on schedule.

The Role:

* Manage daily production & factory floor operations
* Supervise operators and production teams
* Plan manpower, workflow and production schedules
* Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
* Monitor quality, safety, cleanliness & SOP compliance
* Coordinate materials, inventory and machine readiness
* Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues
* Maintain production records and report performance to management

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in manufacturing / factory operations
* Strong leadership & people-management skills
* Good understanding of production workflow and SOPs
* Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
* Organized, disciplined and detail-oriented
* Comfortable being hands-on on the production floor
