Hi! I’m Hiring: Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: Up to RM8.5K
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* 5–7 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations
* Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment is an advantage
* Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is mandatory
* Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Must be willing to support ANZ working hours

Key Responsibilities

* Support end-to-end OTC operations including Credit Management, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Deduction & Dispute Management, Order Management, and Customer Service
* Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ES4 / SAP S/4HANA implementation
* Validate business process flows, identify system defects, and support testing cycles
* Support go-live, hypercare, and process stabilization activities
* Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements
* Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence
