✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Physical Design and Place amp; Route (PnR)
✅ Deep understanding of STA, timing analysis, and timing closure
✅ Proven experience in PPA optimization (Power, Performance amp; Area)
✅ Lead-level experience with end-to-end block ownership and delivery
